2026 వర్షాకాలంలో హైదరాబాద్‌కు 27 శాతం లోటు వర్షపాతం
జూన్ 1 నుంచి సెప్టెంబర్ 30 వరకు నగరంలో సాధారణ వర్షపాతం 627.2 మి.మీ. కాగా 458.2 మి.మీ. మాత్రమే కురిసింది.
హైదరాబాద్: ఈ ఏడాది నైరుతి రుతుపవనాల కాలంలో (జూన్ 1 - సెప్టెంబర్ 30) నగరంలో సాధారణ వర్షపాతం 627.2 మి.మీ. కాగా 458.2 మి.మీ. మాత్రమే కురిసింది - 27 శాతం లోటు.
ఇటీవలి సంవత్సరాలతో పోలిస్తే ఇది పెద్ద మార్పు: హైదరాబాద్‌లో 2022లో 742.9 మి.మీ., 2023లో 769.5 మి.మీ., 2024లో 829.1 మి.మీ. వర్షం నమోదైంది. రాష్ట్రం మొత్తం మీద ఈ సీజన్‌లో 17 శాతం లోటు నమోదైంది.

Hyderabad ends 2026 monsoon with 27 per cent rainfall deficit
Hyderabad: The city received 458.2 mm of rain during the southwest monsoon this year, from June 1 to September 30, against a normal of 627.2 mm - a deficit of 27 per cent.
It is a sharp change from recent years: Hyderabad recorded 742.9 mm in 2022, 769.5 mm in 2023 and 829.1 mm in 2024. Telangana as a whole ended the season with a 17 per cent deficit.
